KeymasterHi makers! Welcome to my first blog hosted Crochet-Along! We will be creating my “Ohana Top” design together!!
I am so excited to get started. Let’s do a breakdown of the Crochet-Along Schedule.
Day 1-2: Welcome/get to know you posts, Materials List, & Yarn Hauls
Days 3-6: Looking over first part of pattern, answering questions, and starting to crochet!
Days 7-10: Crocheting the first part of the pattern. Sharing progress pics, supporting and encouraging each other.
Days 11-13: Release of the second half of the pattern. Finishing up the top.
Day 14 Seaming, sharing finished pictures!
Please Read!!
This CAL will take place here on my blog on this forum page. I have split up this 14 day CAL into 5 sections (broken down above in the schedule). For each new section I will be creating a new topic/thread. Please comment on the correct topic, for example if you want to share your yarn for this project you will comment that in the topic titled “Days 1-3 Getting to know you & Yarn Hauls”.
Please never create a new topic, only use the comment feature to comment and post photos in the corresponding topic.
To participate you will need to create an account. This requires a username *I highly suggest using your Instagram handle* and putting in your email address. You will then be sent an email to set up your password to complete the sign up process. If you ever forget your password, there is a “reset password” button on the sidebar of the forum page.
Please keep in mind this schedule is just the pace I will be posting, you in no way have to be on schedule with me. Take your time, and create at your own pace.
I will be leaving this up and keep monitoring comments and helping anyone still participating for 1 week after the CAL has officially ended, after that time the pattern in whole can then be found as a free pattern on my blog.
If you will be joining us for this fun CAL, please create your account and go to the next topic to introduce yourself 🙂
